🚨 PSA: I survived the week. Barely. 🚨 This one was all about balance—knowing when to push, when to rest, and when to just sit back and watch the chaos unfold (looking at you, Ledger). Let’s dive in. One Thing to Think About This Week So, my mom and I were just trying to have a casual day out at Five Four when we met a woman who immediately opened up about her struggles at work and home. Before I could even process it, my mom hit her with: “Oh, my daughter’s a life coach!” (Shoutout to my mom for being my unsolicited marketing team.) Next thing I know, I’m in a full-on impromptu coaching session, and this woman is spilling her heart out. Then—plot twist—her husband shows up, and suddenly, my mom and I are low-key relationship mediators at a bar. It was wild. But also? Magical. Not because I had some TED Talk-level advice, but because they just needed someone to listen, validate, and remind them they’re on the same team. So my question for you: Where in your life do you need a fresh perspective? Sometimes, a conversation with the right person at the right time can change everything. Celebrate Your Wins Three workouts in one day. Not because I’m training for the Olympics, but because I chose family and rest earlier in the week. Ledger was waking up before the sun, and asking Madison to lose sleep just so I could squeeze in a 5:30 a.m. gym sesh? Nah. Focused on movement + hydration instead—10,000+ steps a day, walking pad sessions, and a gallon of water a day like my life depended on it. And when I finally hit the gym? I felt recharged instead of running on fumes. (Reminder: rest is part of the process—not a weakness.) Productivity Hack of the Week I finally gave TickTick a shot after ghosting it for months. I thought it was just another task app—until I actually used it properly. Turns out, it’s basically a personal assistant that never complains. ✅ To-do lists that don’t make me want to cry ✅ Habit tracking (so I can prove to myself I’m doing something right) ✅ Built-in Pomodoro timer (because focus is hard) Lesson? Sometimes the thing you swear you “don’t need” is actually the thing that could change everything. (Cough like drinking water or stretching before workouts cough). What I’m Into This Week • 📖 Book: The Power of Habit – Charles Duhigg (because my habits are 50% structured, 50% chaos, and we’re fixing that). • 📱 App: TickTick – My new digital brain. Who knew an app could make me feel like I have my life together? • 🎶 Vibe: Marcus King – If you haven’t listened to him, you’re missing out. Life Snapshot • Ledger got toy cars this week. Toy cars are now his entire personality. I respect the commitment. • Mads gave my mom a makeup tutorial while Ledger watched like he was studying for a final exam. • Sunday was absolute perfection. We sat outside, soaked up the sun, talked about our past, future, and what we’d do if we had dream careers. One Last Thing Commitment matters. I originally wrote off both TickTick and our Ninja Creami because I didn’t fully commit. I assumed they weren’t for me. But once I actually gave them a real shot? Game changers. It’s like people who say they hate a book but only read one chapter. That’s like test-driving a car, only looking at the steering wheel, and saying, “Nope, not the one for me, Bob.” So… what’s something you think isn’t for you, but maybe you just haven’t really given it a fair chance? Fun P.S. That’s a wrap! Hope you have an amazing week ahead—get after it, try something new, and don’t forget to commit before you quit. See you next Sunday! – Trina |

Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...
Hey there, friend! Another week, another whirlwind of little life lessons—some came from missing lug nuts, others from baby teething adventures. It’s funny how everyday challenges can teach us big truths about priorities, patience, and self-discovery. Let’s dig into it! One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing...
