Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing where we’re going? How much do we rely on what’s comfortable? Try it. Seriously. Let me know if you make it across the room without flinching. Celebrate Your WinsBig or small, every win matters. ✅ I scheduled my workouts… did I do them all? Nope. But I stuck with mobility, which is something! ✅ I let go of my 10,000 steps goal and—surprise—when I stopped tracking, I stopped hitting it. Out of sight, out of mind is a real thing. Time to kick it back into gear. ✅ Ledger had his “aunts” Katie and Julie over. We cooked, played all the games, and after he went to bed, we sat with our feet in the hot tub for deep convos. What's that? Did I get in? Yes! I got ALL the way in. Cuz duh! What’s one thing YOU did this week that deserves a little love? Productivity Hack of the WeekI used the calendar function on the TickTick app to schedule my tasks for the day. At first, it looked overwhelming—10+ small tasks. But breaking them up made a HUGE difference. Example: While warming up my lunch, I shocked the pool. Instead of letting my to-dos pile up, I worked them into my natural breaks. Game-changer. If you struggle with feeling like time disappears, try micro-tasking during your breaks. Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...

One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
