Hey you, You ever have one of those weeks that feels like three rolled into one? That was me — balancing a new job title, prepping to speak on stage in Dallas, chasing down toddler snack preferences, and trying not to buy every treadmill that hits my Instagram feed (the algorithm knows me too well). Somewhere in the chaos, I found myself thinking about what it actually means to listen — not just to people, but to my own mind and body. One Thing to Think About This WeekThis week reminded me how important it is to actually listen to what my body and mind need. If my brain’s too loud — I write. If it’s quiet but curious — I learn. If it’s overstimulated — I rest. And if I just need to feel something — I turn on music. I realized how much I’ve missed that last one. I spend so much time listening to podcasts, audiobooks, or toddler tunes that I forgot what it feels like to just vibe. So this week, I made space for it — and it was a damn vibe. Celebrate Your Wins
Productivity Hack of the WeekI’ve been using the Defer app — and it’s become my quick-capture brain saver. When something pops into my head that I don’t want to forget but can’t handle right now, I tap the home-screen widget and “defer” it. It keeps tasks top of mind without letting them hijack my focus. Also, “Hey Siri, Defer something…..” is a common trend. It beats Reminders because it’s so simplified. Basically, it’s like Post-It Notes 2.0 — minus the clutter. What I’m Into This Week
Life Snapshot
One Last ThingWhen nerves hit — whether it’s a presentation, a race, or just a tough day — remember: adrenaline isn’t your enemy. It’s your body saying, hey, this matters. Breathe it in. Channel it. Let it remind you you’re alive, you care, and you’re capable. Chris Hemsworth explains this so well here. Fun P.S.Madison and I can’t stop mocking Ledger with all the funny little things he does. Like his “dance.” Picture this: arms up and down, head tilt, mouth clicks. If joy had choreography — that’s it. If you’ve been running on autopilot lately, try this: pick one thing this week that brings you back to yourself — music, journaling, a walk, whatever. Listen to what your mind’s asking for. And hey, if you’re enjoying these weekly resets, hit reply and tell me what your “one thing” was this week — I love hearing them. See you next Sunday, — Trina 💛 P.S. Psssttttt. I am trying to grow my youtube channel and am documenting my journey on productivity and wellness (including my new running journey). I'd love to have you subscribe and follow along. Hey you, This week was a mixed bag of early mornings, toddler chaos, tiny notebooks, and big visualizations — and I loved it. It felt like the version of me I’ve been trying to step back into. The one who shows up, even if it’s imperfect. The one who keeps choosing progress, even when Ledger decides dumbbells are the enemy. Let’s get into it. One Thing to Think About This Week This week I started SAVERS again — and wow. It’s been a minute since I felt that aligned right out of bed. I didn’t...
Hey you, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset This week was one of those weeks that reminded me what momentum actually feels like.
