Hey you, 🚨 PSA: February has officially left the chat, and somehow, we’re already diving into March. HOW?! Time is moving faster than my patience when I’m low on sleep. This week was a mix of sniffles, setbacks, small wins, and a Sudafed revelation that literally blew my mind. Let’s get into it. One Thing to Think About This WeekThis week, I had a realization: sometimes, slowing down is the power move. I caught whatever Ledger had, and while Madison somehow walked away unscathed (seriously, what immune system magic is she working with?!), I got hit again. Not just with the cold, but with extreme low back and hip pain that had me reconsidering every decision I’ve ever made. Normally, I’d push through like an absolute maniac—workouts, tasks, all the things. But this time? I had no choice. I physically couldn’t train. Instead, I focused on hydration, mobility, and keeping my 10,000-step streak alive with my walking pad. (Shout out to Madison's grandmother for joining me on my daily 10,000 step journey). The takeaway? Resting isn’t quitting. Sometimes, your body forces you to slow down so you don’t completely fall apart. Listening to it is a skill—not a setback. Celebrate Your WinsEven in a slower week, there were wins: ✅ Virtual Doctor app = game changer. No waiting rooms, no scheduling headaches—just a quick call and a prescription within minutes. Modern medicine, I love you. ✅ 10,000 steps a day, even while sick. No gym, no intense training, but I still kept moving. ✅ Meal planning reset. After canceling Home Chef, I revamped my Notion recipe template and actually planned meals like an adult. Karim’s chicken orzo is still my top-tier go-to. Productivity Hack of the WeekStop waiting until you have to do something—just do it when it’s easy. I almost ran out of gas this week because I kept saying, “I’ll stop later.” Spoiler: Later never came until my car was at 10 miles to empty, and I had no choice but to frantically find a gas station. Moral of the story? Future-you will thank present-you for handling small tasks early. Whether it’s filling up your tank, replying to an email, or taking your vitamins—just knock it out before it becomes a crisis. What I’m Into This Week📖 Book:The One Thing – Fun fact: I bought this in 2017 and just now read it. The irony? It’s about focusing on what truly matters. Maybe my one thing should’ve been reading it sooner. 📱 App:Hero Assistant – This free AI-powered app is basically a personal assistant in my pocket—managing my calendar, notes, reminders, weather, and even grocery lists. Why didn’t I try this sooner?! 🎧 Podcast:The Diary of a CEO with MrBeast – A fascinating deep dive into how MrBeast built his empire from nothing. Spoiler: Obsession, consistency, and a LOT of trial and error. Life Snapshot
One Last ThingAwareness isn’t action. I’ve been thinking about reading The One Thing for years but only just now got around to it. I knew I needed gas but waited until my car was running on fumes. Knowing something and actually doing it are two different things. If there’s something you’ve been thinking about doing, just start. Even a tiny step forward is better than waiting for the perfect moment. Progress > Perfection. Fun P.S.Here’s your Sudafed PSA: I found out that most over-the-counter Sudafed doesn’t actually work. The only one that actually does is the 12-hour Sudafed that’s behind the pharmacy counter. Apparently, the FDA confirmed that the common ingredient in OTC decongestants (phenylephrine) is basically useless, and yet it still rakes in $1.8 billion a year in sales. So if you ever wondered why your Sudafed PE wasn’t doing squat for your congestion—now you know. Week in Review🔹 This week’s rating: 7.5/10. Sick, in pain, but still managed to be productive. That’s a wrap! Go crush this week, take care of yourself, and remember: Action > Awareness. See you next Sunday! – Trina 💛 |

Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...
Hey there, friend! Another week, another whirlwind of little life lessons—some came from missing lug nuts, others from baby teething adventures. It’s funny how everyday challenges can teach us big truths about priorities, patience, and self-discovery. Let’s dig into it! One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing...
