Hey you, I hope you’re having a solid end to your week. Whether you’re feeling on top of the world or just barely making it through, you’re here—and that’s a win. Let’s dive in. One Thing to Think About This WeekThis week hit different. A friend of ours lost her husband—she’s pregnant with their second child. It’s the kind of news that stops you in your tracks. Suddenly, the endless to-do lists, the minor annoyances, the things we stress about daily… none of it matters. It’s wild how we know life is short, yet we still act like we have unlimited time. I don’t want to just exist—I want to live. The big, bold, beautiful kind of life that makes you excited to wake up. Because what are we even doing if we’re not actually living? Let’s climb, baby. If you feel moved to support Brittany and her family as she navigates this new chapter without Derek, you can do that here. Celebrate Your WinsWin of the week? I started drinking bone broth like some kind of wellness guru. But hear me out—it’s actually pretty damn good. The Zoup brand? 🔥 Just heat it up and sip it like coffee. Also, I love researching brands, learning their backstory, and seeing what they’re all about. It makes me appreciate the product so much more. That’s how I got into Everyday Dose coffee. And why I’m currently on a mission to find the tea that will change my life by the end of the year. What’s a small win you had this week? Hit reply—I wanna hear it. Productivity Hack of the Week💡 “Let’s adjust instead of quit.” Sleep has been absolute chaos this week. Ledger woke up at 3:30 AM one night, 5:15 AM another. The inconsistent schedule makes it tough to wake up at 4:30 AM and hit my workouts. And honestly? It’d be so easy to just throw in the towel. Instead, I adjusted.
That’s the key. Progress > perfection. If you’re in a season where things aren’t going to plan, instead of quitting, ask: How can I adjust? What I’m Into This Week📖 Book: Still reading Do the New You by Steven Furtick. <-- The key to mindset shifts ☕ Wellness Obsession: Bone broth. Who am I? It's so good though. 🎶 Album: Nic D - Amanda - It’s an album he curated about his wife (her name is Amanda…. obvs 😏 ) Life SnapshotParenting is a full-blown team sport. This week, Ledger’s sleep schedule was all over the place. One night, he was up at 3:30 AM. Mads took the early shift, and I handled the morning so she could rest. It’s funny how taking care of a tiny human in the middle of the night shouldn’t drain your soul for the entire next day… but here we are. I also did a little Bike & Bop session with friends, ending in karaoke. What’s that? Did I sing? Umm no, I did not sing. But maybe one day. If I do, you better believe it’ll be like Ms. Rachel or possibly Eminem. One Last ThingDaylight Savings is here. Which means… I have no idea what time Ledger’s supposed to go to bed anymore. 7:30? 7? Who knows. We’re all just winging it (while maybe verifying what other TikTok parents are doing). But on a serious note, here’s my takeaway from this week: We always have two choices—hide or live. I’m choosing life. If you made it to the end of this, thanks for hanging out in my brain for a bit. Let’s make this week a great one. Trina P.S. If you ever hear me on a karaoke stage, you’ll know personal growth is REAL. |

Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...
Hey there, friend! Another week, another whirlwind of little life lessons—some came from missing lug nuts, others from baby teething adventures. It’s funny how everyday challenges can teach us big truths about priorities, patience, and self-discovery. Let’s dig into it! One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing...
