Hey you, It’s Sunday evening—time to hit reset and set the tone for a fresh new week. Whether this past week felt like a sprint, a stroll, or a bit of both, take a moment now to pause, breathe, and reflect. Grab a cup of something warm (tea anyone?), get cozy, and let’s dive into some lessons, wins, and a little inspiration to fuel your next seven days. ✨ One Thing to Think About This Week Stay curious. Stay humble. Stay kind. This week, Ledger reminded me of the beauty of curiosity—how he’s so fascinated by everything, even the tiniest details we often overlook. A stranger I met taught me the importance of humility—everyone is battling something we can’t see. It’s a reminder to stay kind and aware of the people around us. How did this help me? It made me pause, reflect, and move forward with intention, even in small ways. My advice to you this week? Notice the little things. Be present. Kindness and curiosity will take you further than you expect. 🏆 Celebrate Your Wins This week, I stayed consistent with organizing my content (thank you, Notion!), took intentional steps forward, and celebrated even the small wins. Remember, progress isn’t always loud—it’s often a quiet, steady climb. 🛠 Productivity Tip You Didn’t Know You Needed Notion came through for me this week. I’ve been using statuses to track where I am with each piece of content—scheduled, planned, or ready to record, etc. How you can use this tip: If you’ve got big goals or just a busy schedule, Notion can help keep you on track. Create categories or statuses that fit your workflow, and watch your productivity soar. 📚 What I’m Into This Week

💡 One Last Thing Keep climbing. January flew by in about seven seconds. Time doesn’t slow down, but we’re growing. Every single day is an opportunity to take a step closer to the person you want to be. Even if it’s a small step, it’s progress. 😄 Fun P.S. This week, Ledger cracked me up by completely ignoring his toys and trying to figure out how to open a box instead. Watching him reminds me to find joy in the small, simple things. On a personal note, I’ve been pushing myself to create content that makes me proud, even though I’m still figuring out how to make it more engaging. (Any tips?) For now, I’m staying curious and taking inspiration from Ledger—excited about what’s next, no matter how small the steps. Let’s make this week amazing, one reset at a time. 💛 ~ Trina |

Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...
Hey there, friend! Another week, another whirlwind of little life lessons—some came from missing lug nuts, others from baby teething adventures. It’s funny how everyday challenges can teach us big truths about priorities, patience, and self-discovery. Let’s dig into it! One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing...
