Hey you, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset- your weekly dose of motivation, mindset shifts, and productivity hacks to help you start the week strong. This week’s theme? Focusing on ONE thing. Because let’s be real- multitasking is just glorified task-switching, and it’s probably why you feel busy but not actually productive. I had a major realization this week: I get way more done when I slow down. ✨ One Thing to Think About This Week Multitasking is a scam. I said what I said. This week, I focused on one thing at a time, and I swear I unlocked a productivity cheat code. Instead of flipping between tabs, tasks, and distractions, I wrote down what needed to be done and tackled one thing at a time. My brain felt clearer, and instead of half-starting 10 different projects, I actually finished things. So, here’s my challenge to you: Pick one thing and just start. Even for a second. That’s it. Literally just one second. No overthinking, no debating, just begin. 🏆 Celebrate Your Wins Progress isn’t always loud. Sometimes, it’s a small moment—like choosing water over soda, saying no to something that drains you, or finally closing those 37 open tabs. This week, I reminded myself that consistency beats intensity. 🛠️ Productivity Tip You Didn’t Know You Needed This weeks game-changer: The Craft app + minimizing open windows. Turns out, digital clutter is just as distracting as physical clutter. I closed unnecessary tabs, cleared my desk, and instantly felt like I had my life together (even if that was just an illusion). Here’s your challenge: Look around. What’s cluttering your space? Your desk, your computer, your mind? Take a few minutes and clear it out. Tiny action, huge difference. 📚 What I’m Into This Week

💡 One Last Thing This week’s lesson? Communication = freedom. If something is weighing on you, say it. Write it down. Say it to yourself in your car if you have to (guilty). Just get it out. And here’s your reminder: You matter. You have to fight for yourself; nobody else can do it like you can. If you don’t know what you’re fighting for, spend time with yourself. Get to know yourself. Do you trust yourself? Why or why not? 😀 Fun P.S. I had a full conversation with myself in my car this week. No music, no podcast; just me, hyping myself up like my own personal life coach. 10/10, highly recommend. That’s a wrap! Now tell me, what’s one thing you’re focusing on this week? Hit reply and let me know. Until next time, Trina |

Hey you, Let’s have a real moment. This week was a mix of 3 a.m. wake-ups, messy routines, and trying to remember what day it is… But also? It was a week of showing up anyway.I didn’t crush every goal. I didn’t have perfect workouts. But I started stacking wins again—and that matters. Here’s your dose of the good, the gritty, and the growth this week: One Thing to Think About This Week Ledger woke up at 3 a.m. twice this week. Once Mads took the shift, and once it was me. And in those quiet,...
Hey there, friend! Another week, another whirlwind of little life lessons—some came from missing lug nuts, others from baby teething adventures. It’s funny how everyday challenges can teach us big truths about priorities, patience, and self-discovery. Let’s dig into it! One Thing to Think About This Week Are you more willing to tackle something when it’s absolutely urgent instead of just important? Whether it’s a nagging task, a tough conversation you’ve been putting off, or that figurative...
Hey hey, Welcome back to The Sunday Reset—where we reflect, reset, and gear up for another week of progress. This week, I did something wild (okay, maybe not wild, but definitely nerve-wracking). In my neuroplasticity course, there was an exercise to move around my house with my eyes closed. Sounds simple, right? Nope. It was WAY scarier than I expected. The fear of stubbing my toe or crashing into a wall was REAL. But it got me thinking—how often do we move through life without truly seeing...
