Stuck? Talk to ChatGPT like you’d talk to a friend.
This week, I hit a wall with a technical issue at work. My brain was doing the mental version of buffering (you know the spinning wheel).

I opened ChatGPT, explained the problem like I was venting to a coworker, and boom—it gave me a new angle I hadn’t even considered.

When you’re mentally gridlocked, don’t force it. Just start talking it out—even if it’s to a chatbot.

Sometimes you don’t need answers; you just need a new perspective.

📚 What I’m Into This Week

  • Book: The Habit Mechanic – It’s packed with bite-sized strategies to fine-tune your habits without overwhelming you. Highly recommend if you’re into actionable steps.
  • App: Defer – This little gem lets me brain-dump random thoughts to organize later. It’s like a digital junk drawer, but in a good way.
  • Podcast: The Mindset Mentor – Need a motivational boost? This podcast slaps. Quick episodes, straight to the point, and exactly what you need when your brain’s on autopilot.
