Hey you, Ever feel like your week was a combo of wholesome vibes, chaotic detours, and surprise plot twists? Yeah, same. From doggy night shifts to unexpected conversations with old friends, this week reminded me how full life really is—and how much growth hides in the middle of the mess. Let’s get into this week’s reset: One Thing to Think About This Week“You are your thoughts.” Jim Fortin dropped this reminder, and it just hits different. It’s like… “Hey, let’s stop being so mean to ourselves.” I’ve been catching my thoughts more lately. Watching how quickly I can spiral if I’m not intentional—and just as quickly shift back when I choose to speak kindly to myself. It’s wild how fast your whole vibe can change when you remember: you get to choose your frequency. Celebrate Your WinsThis week, I worked out late. Like 10 p.m. late. Multiple times. Not ideal. Not glamorous. But necessary. Because I know what happens when I skip more than two days—I feel drained, foggy, and not like me. So I got it done. And honestly? That’s the kind of consistency that matters most to me right now. Also, I nudged one of my coaching clients to posting some content this week after they were telling me all the reasons why now is not the time. Guess what though? We said 48 hours, and they did it. Proud coach moment. They posted twice actually!! LFG Productivity Hack of the WeekBullet Journals are back, baby. Like, deeper this time. And apparently I have… four journals now.
It sounds chaotic. But it’s been a sanity saver. Especially the work bullet journal—migrating unfinished tasks each day keeps them from disappearing into the black hole of my brain or the 234293473 meeting notes I have. If you know you know. Also worth mentioning: I’ve officially hit 30 days in my 5-Minute Journal. Game. Changer. ← Seriously though, waking up with gratitude and closing my evenings with reflection are so amazing. What I’m Into This WeekApp: My new Notion recipe tracker. It lets me meal plan, view recipes by category, and finally ditch the ones we didn’t actually like. Drink: Everyday Dose mushroom coffee. Still obsessed. I swear it kept me upright after waking up hourly with poor Charlie. It tastes just like coffee with no crash and nootropics to keep you going ALL. DAY. LONG. Youtube: Have you heard of Fred Again? The things he does with music is just…. it just gives me the chills thinking about it. Give this a listen and let me know if you’re feeling something. Life SnapshotLedger moment of the week: We made taco bowls. He was strapped into the carrier while I cooked, holding a spatula and “mashing” avocados (still in their skin). He also tried to drink from my cup and threw the avocado on the floor. Repeatedly. He just wants in on all of it, and I love that about him. Charlie update: After a rough couple of nights, he’s finally eating again (ground beef > medicine). Hoping for less middle-of-the-night bathroom shifts next week. 3 nights in a row of hourly potty breaks have me having the wildest tiny dreams EVER. My back was hurting and in my dream, I had someone pop my back. Woke up… just a dream. Back still sore. One Last ThingAn old friend called me this week and said my content helped him stay focused while navigating sobriety. He’s been struggling but is turning things around. And it hit me hard. Because when people from your past see your present and still feel connected to you—it’s powerful. It’s easy to doubt yourself online. To wonder if your posts matter. But the people watching quietly? Sometimes they’re the ones who need it most. So if you’ve been second-guessing whether to share something: do it. Fun P.S.On Saturday, I went to my buddy Sky’s house to watch a live YouTube masterclass—and let me tell you, I left feeling like I’d been plugged into a lightning bolt. We watched, we took notes, and afterward we sat and talked through our goals, visions, and what we actually want to create. I felt fully aligned. Like my brain, heart, and purpose all sat down and said, “Yep, this is it.” I’ve been called to YouTube for a while now. But like many of us, I let the internet tell me what I “should” focus on. And short-form content? Sure, it’s powerful—but I’m a storyteller. I want to take you with me through the mess, the lessons, the little wins, and the behind-the-scenes of building something real. So if I seem extra fired up right now, it’s because I am. I’ve found my spark again—and YouTube’s about to get a whole lot of it. 💥 Week in ReviewVibe Check: 8.5/10 🔥 Wins: Coaching breakthroughs, bullet journal clarity, community vibes, and a full-body YES to YouTube Needs work: Sleep. But honestly? We’re vibing higher than our sleep score this week. Want more behind-the-scenes and productivity hacks? YouTube vlog series drops soon. Hey you, Let me paint the picture: it’s 4AM on Memorial Day, and I’m chugging electrolytes, double-checking my gear, and eating a simple breakfast.” It’s race day. But not just any race— It’s the CapTexTri Olympic Relay - I’m on the bike. It’s Memorial Day. And it’s the day we lost Papa John. I carried him with me that morning. Especially when the temp dropped a good 20° and started raining with some crazy wind gusts. I was like, “is this you? Are you messing with me? Bring it. Let’s do...
Hey you, This week reminded me that life is one big experiment—and we’re all just tweaking the formula as we go. Between late-night Limitless episodes, toddler-led Target trips, and prepping for my first triathlon relay, I found myself thinking a lot about capacity. Physical, mental, emotional. What we’re capable of… and how often we underestimate it. Let’s reset. One Thing to Think About This Week Are you pausing with purpose or just pushing through the noise? I caught myself mid-scroll the...
Hey you, Another week in the books—and this one was a trip. We’re talking Mother’s Day chaos (spoiler: I forgot a gift), podcast comebacks, tech meltdowns, editing marathons, a gorgeous wedding, and Ledger clapping his way through lullabies. And somehow, we still made it to the food truck park, sushi spot, and playground before the week was over. Let’s hit reset together. One Thing to Think About This Week Are you actually trying—or just going through the reps? This slapped me mid-workout....
