Hey you, This week reminded me that life is one big experiment—and we’re all just tweaking the formula as we go. Between late-night Limitless episodes, toddler-led Target trips, and prepping for my first triathlon relay, I found myself thinking a lot about capacity. Physical, mental, emotional. What we’re capable of… and how often we underestimate it. Let’s reset. One Thing to Think About This Week Are you pausing with purpose or just pushing through the noise? I caught myself mid-scroll the other day and realized… I wasn’t even looking for anything. Just filling space. So I sat on the couch and just… lounged. No guilt (maybe a little at first) and it was really nice. Celebrate Your Wins
Productivity Hack of the Week Try this: Gratitude + Contribution. Gratitude is great. But pairing it with Reverse Gratitude takes it further. Every day, write down:
It grounds you in both presence and purpose. What I’m Into This Week Show: Limitless with Chris Hemsworth Each episode explores a different mental or physical challenge—and it’s got me fired up. Here are the 6 episodes:
Life Snapshot Ledger is walking—fast. Almost running. He’s officially in the “everything-is-interesting-except-my-toys” phase and is still surprisingly uninterested in sweets. But give him a snack plate of real food? Game over. We took a midweek trip to Target just for the fun of it. That’s the stage we are in right now. Taking Ledger to do the most random things like scrolling the food aisles of Target. It’s the little things, right?! One Last Thing I’m doing the CapTexTri triathlon relay this Monday with two coworkers—my leg is the bike: 24.3 miles. It’s the longest ride I’ve ever trained for. But it’s more than a race. It’s happening on Memorial Day, the same day we lost Papa John. He’ll be with me the entire time—mile by mile, push by push. This ride is for him. As I load up on electrolytes and carbs, I’m not just fueling my body—I’m testing my mind, my will, my capacity. This isn’t just a fitness challenge. It’s a life experiment. To see what happens when you stop coasting… and start leaning in. Fun P.S. After cleaning out all(most) of my tech boxes, I’ve come to one conclusion: I’m either a minimalist… or a gadget hoarder in denial. (We know which one I am. You never know when you’ll need that old iPhone box again). P.S. Want more? You can view all Newsletter posts here. Interested what my 1:1 coaching looks like? Hey you, Let me paint the picture: it’s 4AM on Memorial Day, and I’m chugging electrolytes, double-checking my gear, and eating a simple breakfast.” It’s race day. But not just any race— It’s the CapTexTri Olympic Relay - I’m on the bike. It’s Memorial Day. And it’s the day we lost Papa John. I carried him with me that morning. Especially when the temp dropped a good 20° and started raining with some crazy wind gusts. I was like, “is this you? Are you messing with me? Bring it. Let’s do...
Hey you, Another week in the books—and this one was a trip. We’re talking Mother’s Day chaos (spoiler: I forgot a gift), podcast comebacks, tech meltdowns, editing marathons, a gorgeous wedding, and Ledger clapping his way through lullabies. And somehow, we still made it to the food truck park, sushi spot, and playground before the week was over. Let’s hit reset together. One Thing to Think About This Week Are you actually trying—or just going through the reps? This slapped me mid-workout....
Hey you, Whew—what a week. We kicked it off with some 3 a.m. drama (thanks, Ledger) and ended it with a lot of love, some deep convos, new plans, and a birthday vlog finally live. This week reminded me that progress doesn’t always look like big wins. Sometimes it’s a workout squeezed in before picking up your dogs. Sometimes it’s editing a vlog while your baby sneezes into his 12-month milestone like “what even is sleep?” And sometimes it’s saying screw it to your to-do list and just going on...
